OverviewDaedalus holds a B100 General Contracting and E100 General Engineering license in the State of Utah. Prior to their elimination, Daedalus was issued the highest bid limit in the State of Utah of one billion dollars, based upon its financial strength, liquidity and experience. Daedalus has constructed more condominiums in Park City than any other contractor. In addition, Daedalus has constructed numerous high-mountain residential subdivisions in Summit County, including roads and underground utilities.
