Chateaux at Silver Lake

The Chateaux is a world class, full service, whole ownership Condominium Resort Hotel and Conference Center resting on 3.2 acres in the village of Silver Lake in Upper Deer Valley. Built with exacting standards with strict attention to detail, The Chateaux provides the ultimate in contemporary European design, service and amenities for all owners and guests. Amenities include 10,000 square feet of Conference and Meeting Room space, including a 7000 square foot Grand Ballroom, heated swimming pool, hot tub, a state of the art kitchen facility to service its five star restaurant and private club and a variety of high end retail shops.

Consisting of three buildings, the final phase was completed in 2005.

A wide variety of materials were used in the finishes of the buildings from tumbled marble to custom alder woodwork. Marble tile, imported carpets, and massive stone fireplaces grace the lobby. A dramatic four story open atrium, accented by a custom chandelier hanging fifty feet from above, adds to the architectural drama of the lobby. The 480 parking spaces are contained within an access controlled, heated 3 level garage.
