Dakota Mountain Lodge

Dakota Mountain Lodge is a luxury whole ownership condominium hotel located in the Frostwood area of the Canyons Resort Ski Area. It is adjacent to the future Frostwood Lift and will be surrounded by the future Canyons Resort 18 hole golf course. Dakota Mountain Lodge consists of 170 whole ownership condominiums built in two phases. Phase I construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2007. The luxury units include lock-off capability and rentability.
