Silver Baron Lodge

The Silver Baron Lodge is a 49 unit luxury Condominium Resort Hotel located adjacent to the Deer Valley ski area in Park City. The Silver Baron Lodge is the result of the evolution of whole ownership condominium hotels over the past 10 years. It is a first class, full service Resort.

The design of the project harkens back to the mining era from which Park City began. The design includes rustic dark woods, heavy timbers and corrugated metal. The design of the units includes lock-off capability to maximize flexibility and rentability. Phase I was completed in the fall of 2004. When Phase II is completed in the fall of 2007 the project will include two 4 story buildings.

Silver Baron amenities include: 3,500 square feet of meeting space, swimming pool, hot tubs, exercise facility, locker rooms, showers, saunas and steam rooms, maid service, and front desk services. The project includes heated underground parking for residents and guests.
